BetDuel launched soccer contests in June 2018, with more sports including horse-racing coming soon. The BetDuel platform has been created to give fellow sports fans and bettors a new way to bet on sports, to be more engaging for players and enhance enjoyment of sports. They want to give players a reasonable chance of winning, and winning more often. Additionally, they have developed BetDuel to allow players to create and customise their own sports betting contests. The odds are not against the players, but instead the players in the contests are competing against each other. The odds are used in the calculation of players’​ points scores, precisely reflecting the accuracy of predictions, with the best predictions winning.
